
Some more props all under 500 tri’s and I’ve used 9 128×128
Sorted out the tree, added a stool, ladder and hanging plant pot. Also edited the texture maps for the duvet covers.

About 5-6 hours worth of work while watching NCIS…Got 3 seasons for my birthday

The last few hours (while playing Runescape), I’ve been building a few props based on Runescape, created by Jagex.
Created in 3ds Max & Photoshop.
Uses 7 128×128 sixed textures (for all props), hoping to lower that down though.

Doing a test to apply for a job. Its nice to do something different and quick. The bookcase took longer because I’ve been doing a NCIS marathon,watched the whole of the 5th series in 2 days… tis very awesome. Annyyywayyy… Here’s my renders for the bookcase

Oki next I started the Troll model.. Created the body in a hour but the tri count is 900 which is nearly double the max.. Will sort it out when I finished since he looks soooo cute and wanted to share him with people who read my blog and look at my deviantart

I haven’t been able to do anything new since loads of blah happened in the last month
and trying to finish the Disney Castle and some freelance. I can’t believe how long everything is taking me. I feel stuck in a rutt.. So to try and get outta the rut I thought I’d try something new. Decided to buy the Bioshock 2 collectors edition the other day and the art book is AMAZING, so much inspiration and the game is awesome too. (Still need to finish the first one though ><, kept running out of bloody ammo -______-). Annyyyway.. In 2 hours I got this. Yeh its nothing amazing and i spent about 30 mins getting the lighting to look decent. Will work on it some more and put better textures in. These are just placeholders for renders instead of having boring grey. Its suppose to be a corridor made of metal and glass thats surrounded by water. Will make some funky underwater textures or put some effect on the outside like I did in a previous project (the towers I created in uni).

Oki this didn’t turn out as well as I hoped, well actually I had no idea how it was going to turn out, unlike the last photomanipulation I just went with the flow (which is probably why I not totally happy with it like the last).

My brain has gone a bit mush after some more modeling but nearly finished the side bit of the castle. The bad thing is that I want to go back to Disney again to look at the Castle in person >< (any excuse lol) but I’m planning a trip for the halloween season so I’ll have to wait ><
